Welcome to our website!

Our farm is located 1 hour North West of Calgary, near the town of Didsbury, Alberta. We maintain a small flock of 50 breeding Ewes and produce approximately 100 lambs per year. With a small operation, we are able to closely monitor the diet and condition of our flock at all times. We take great pride in our farm, and ensure that all of our animals receive exceptional care and attention.

Our lamb is raised naturally on pasture, locally grown hay, whole barley and plenty of fresh air, clean water and sunshine! We do not administer any growth hormones or antibiotics of any kind. We lamb-out in March, and have lambs available for sale in early fall.

We are confident that our breeding program, and our strict attention to detail, results in our lamb being of the finest quality. Knowing where your food comes from, how it was raised, and who raised it, brings a level of assurance that cannot be met by any grocery store.

We are Craig and Shelley Jessop. Formerly city dwellers, we made the move out of the city in fall 2000, fulfilling a life-long dream of both of ours to live in the country. We both commuted into the city for a few years, then decided to take the plunge into self-employment - and have not looked back since!  In addition to our sheep farm, we operate our own electrical contracting company called "Prairie Sky Electric Limited", and a gift basket company, "Custom Gourmet Gift Baskets".  Do not hesitate to give us a call or drop us a line if you have any questions whatsoever, we look forward to hearing from you!  -Shelley and Craig
