About Our Farm....
Our farm is located 1 hour North West of Calgary, near the town of Didsbury, Alberta. We maintain a small flock of 50 breeding Ewes and produce approximately 100 lambs per year. With a small operation we are able to closely monitor the diet and condition of our flock at all times and are able to be very diligent about ensuring that all of our animals receive exceptional care and attention.
Our lamb is raised naturally on pasture, locally grown hay, whole barley and plenty of fresh air, clean water and sunshine! We do not administer growth hormones or antibiotics of any kind. Our breeding program, along with our strict attention to detail, results in our lamb being of the finest quality.
Knowing where your food comes from, how it was raised, and who raised it, brings a level of assurance that cannot be met by any grocery store. We are passionate 'foodies' ourselves, who strongly support those who are also passionate about the 'farm to fork' movement; nurturing a community that demands the return of local agriculture and sustainable food production.
