Summer is going well, enjoying the fantastic hot weather we have been getting! We managed to get away on holidays and ventured out to Vancouver Island for some 'Island Time' and a nice change of scene. Attended the Vancouver Island Folk Fest and spent some time in beautiful Tofino. Also visited with some lamb producers on the island which was interesting. A big thanks to Haeberles for taking such good care of our farm while we were away!
We have a few more new additions to the farm, Diablo and Taco, our new pups! We adopted them from AARCS (Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society). www.albertaanimalrescuecrew.com They are a wonderful organization to deal with!
Keeping busy with the electrial biz, basket biz in addition to the farm. All the animals are happily out on pasture, and all is well. Baby Panda is growing like a weed, and is doing well with halter training. Other than that I don't have any really exciting news! We still have a few lambs left if you are interested in a freezer lamb for fall, give me a call. Kabobs are all sold out! Enjoy the rest of the summer everyone... ~Shelley

Spring is here FINALLY! We had a very sucessful lambing season, and all the lambs are happily out on pasture! We also welcomed our newest addition to the farm, Baby Panda! The Calgary Herald did an article on our farm, which got alot of attention. So we are selling out of freezer lamb very fast this year! I am in the process of contacting all or regular customers, so please drop me a line ASAP if you are interested in a fall lamb. ~Shelley

In one month, lambing season is scheduled to begin! We are expecting around 100 lambs this year. Plus a foal from Panda, our Paint Mare. Come by to visit anytime!
