Freezer Lamb Pricing for Fall 2008:

 

Whole Lamb: $300.00

½ Lamb: $200.00

Our lamb is available in the fall - but we take orders all year around!  You can submit your order anytime, and a lamb will be reserved for you.  When I have my butcher dates confirmed, I will give you a call so you will have time to prepare your freezer.

 

A whole lamb will result in approximately 40-45 lbs of meat for your freezer. Each order is custom cut as per your specifications.  Prices quoted include all processing charges.

 

We use our local Abattoir, "Didsbury Meat Processing". They run a small business, are government inspected and great to deal with.  They provide us with excellent service, and they have alot of experience with the preparation and cutting of lamb. They have been consistently doing an excellent job for us!

 

Delivery to Calgary and Red Deer - and all points in between - can be arranged.

We have Smokies and Kabobs available, in limited quantities, seasonally....get your order in now, as they sell out quickly!

 

BIG SKY SMOKIES: Made with a mixture of lean ground lamb (not Mutton - which the vast majority of processed lamb products are made from) and a small amount of pork. $7.00/lb

 

BIG SKY LAMB KABOBS: Marinaded kabob style cubes of meat. Marinaded in a very tasty BBQ style sauce. Only prime cuts of lamb are used in our Kabobs (leg and loin meat.)  Ready to skewer along with your choice of veggies.  Gluten free, and MSG free.  These are our favorite!  $20.00/lb
